Comparative effects of Myofascial Technique Alone and In Combination with Isometrics on Myofascial pain Syndrome Due to Excessive Smartfone Usage

Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) is a regional musculoskeletal pain disorder which caused by the formation of myofascial trigger points. point typical and frequently so debilitating that it vital to receive quick efficient treatment. This commonly seen in people are their teenage or adults effecting both men women. Many interventions have been used treat this condition physiotherapists respective health care providers such as release, massage therapies, acupuncture techniques, other heat cold among others. Objective: study compares efficiency release techniques along with isometrics exercises isolated for upper trapezius muscles' Methods: It was Randomized clinical trial carried out city Faisalabad. Two groups patients were made randomly assigned lottery method. Both received baseline Group A technique group B technique. The Trapezius muscle's points assessed using Simon's criteria. Outcome measures VAS Neck assessment form. Results: Upon completion trial, NDI scores prior after treatment; before treatment demonstrated average score 10.7333 showed 14.5333, while transformed A; 3.4000 B; 4.8667. For VAS, scored 5.7333 5.8667, respectively, whereas, they 2.4667 2.5333, respectively. Conclusion: MFR slightly more effective compared alleviation improvements ROM but statistically given effective.
